Can anyone advise me where I can purchase camp / folding type beds in the Torrevieja area please. I have a house full this summer and need an extra bed!

You will find them in any of the furniture shops selling beds. That includes Carrefour, Conforama , leroymerlin, Hons Garcia etc. You are looking for "una cama plegable" or a folding bed. Try the charity shops and second-hand shops also. Please be careful of them as I recall a very sad case some years ago where 2 British elderly sisters died when one of those beds folded in on them and they were unable to free themselves. Bee

If it is very short term and you have a hardy soul using it---you could consider using a sleeping bag/ duvet as a mattress on a sun lounger

Just a practical necessity--have done this in the past --it worked !!!

how about an inflatable mattress not expensive these days plus you can buy a pump to save yer breath! you can get singles/doubles
