We have booked a flight with Ryanair to Germany ,paid with debit card ,so how do you get your ticket confirmation ? and it has been very hard to get them online

You get an email shortly after you book which confirms everything is in order.

Did you not get a booking reference when your payment went through? It might be that their system is gone awry. Did you try the on-line chat. Normally they are quite good. Also have a look at your debit card and see did the transaction go through and if it has is there a reference on it. The other thing is maybe it has gone into your spam/junk email box

Never had a problem, They send you a booking reference soon as you book and then go from there.

I just booked last night confirmation email doesn't happen straight away so should be there in 30 minutes though, are u definitely sure it went through ?...

There is likely a problem, either incorrect email address or incorrect Dr card details.
