People all over the place tell jokes about Paddy The Irishman, Paddy The Scotsman and Paddy The Englishman which are usually quite funny. I am also from Ireland and like most others, have grown used to these jokes and do not take offence. The idea of a joke is to make you laugh or at the very least, smile! Come on,please, stop all this ridiculousness , no more of this political correctness. Nobody was trying to offend anyone, it’s called a joke and the punchline wasn’t bad. Most Irish people have a good sense of humour and enjoy a good laugh. Racist.....PLEASE.
BY THE WAY, ST.PATRICK WAS BROUGHT OVER TO N.IRELAND IN THE YEAR 432 FROM SCOTLAND BY BOAT AND SPENT SEVERAL YEARS TENDING SHEEP ON SLEMISH MOUNTAIN. IF YOUHAVE EVER BEEN THERE, YOU WOULD SEE HOW LITTLE SEA THERE IS BETWEEN SCOTLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND AT THAT POINT. CANNOT SEE WHY YOU THINK HE CAME FROM WALES! Quite a treke if he did!
Happy New Year to everyone in Torrevieja...cold over here today, count yourselves lucky to be in Spain.
