I am thinking of selling my 3 bedroomed apartment, 98 square metres, in Playa Flamenca next year.

Any recommendations?. I was thinking of the one in the Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre near Maceys

Home Espana are very efficient and seem to sell very quickly,you do have to be realistic with your price in the present climate though

Do you mean sell it cheap and undervalued and then get offers €30/40 thousand less /

Why not try marketing it yourself? It is easily done nowadays. Build a website, add it numerous forums, newsgroups, property sites and potentially save thousands in commissions.

One of the real pluses of doing it yourself is that you will get a very good feel for what it is worth
