The proper Spanish pronunciation for that would be The Al Pricks.
THE: because when speaking Spanish the D sound is made touching the front teeth with the tongue. If we pronounce it with an English D it is not going to sound like proper Spanish, since in English we articulate the D sound by touching the front palate with the tip of the tongue. So the more approximate sound to it would be the one in THE.
PRICKS: because the X sound in Spanish is pronounced KS most of the times. Just as in English (not that difficult)
However, bear in mind that this explanation is valid when pronouncing the syllables separatedly. To pronounce the word on its own we need to know that the I in DIAL is not a proper /i:/ sound but a semivowel /j/. That is the more approximate sound to the first one in YOU /ju/. So, the proper pronunciation of the word would be /djal'priks/. Something like an American person from the Southern states saying The/Do you all pricks?
The/Do y'all pricks? really fast...
