I don't know if this has been asked before, but I've noticed when I've been served in a shop or so on, when I've paid and I'm leaving they say something that sounds like "allo". I'm assuming it means something like "cheerio", maybe an abbreviation of "hasta luego", would that be correct? Thanks.
