Could someone please explain the use of this word. The literal translation came up as farmer! It is often on things I. Supermarkets and I'm wondering if it is something like a home brand?

Thank you clever people!

Besides being a brand name "hacendado" means the owner of a large country property or plantation called "hacienda". Much more prestigious and wealthier than a farmer.
