Rusty Grills Painter Required

My grills, gates and balcony are really rusty. I've enquired about sandblasting but they need to be cut and then welded back on as they go into the brickwork. The one guy said that if I managed to get a really good painter who could rub them down properly the end result would be as good as the metal was in good condition even though it didn't look it. Can anyone recommend someone who will do a first class job please
Thank you
Sheila

The only way to keep them looking half right is to paint them annually. It doesn't seem to matter what prepping you do on them beforehand they will still only last the year. The only solution is to have them taken down and coated or whatever you call it. The general consensus from the Spanish is to use the ordinary oil-based paint for iron or wood and paint them annually. Bee
