He's been hung up on 3 times, passed around multiple times between departments, given wrong phone numbers for departments that don't exist - i've never seen anything so utterly designed to frustrate and stop you cancelling.
He's still walking around the office on the phone holding his head in his hands - hopefully, done shortly.
Moral of the story - use someone else. This will end up being over 2 hours of phone calls to cancel a 4G router. Sorry, but that will not encourage me to return to Orange.
